I predict the number of spousal suicides will increase dramatically. “She/He asked me to kill her/him. I have to go now. I have to pick up the death certificate and get it to my insurance company.”
Which begs the question, will the insurance companies consider assisted suicide “actual” suicide?

And look at what they wrought today, as you keenly observed.
We are literally paying the price beyond social disruption.
There’s been a doubling of our household tax burden since the 60’s, and halving our former high standard of living.
Gov’t assistance to address social ills is relied upon by too many of our citizens.
The 1960’s hippie freaks are running the show, and running this country into the ground.
But, what difference does it make?
