Shows what I know. I suppose that’s why I stick to nautical navigation.
In aviation we still use VORs and compass headings. GPS is no doubt a major player now, but I personally don’t find it reliable enough to trust my life. Even when flying using GPS, there is always a secondary navigation happening with headings and VORs.
