Which state are you talking about? As described in the article, the People's Republic of Oklahoma, which has no respect for private property, certainly does not fit that description.
If there is a way to expel them, it shouldn't take long (what with them being surrounded and thus easily isolated) for them to come crawling back, re-ratify and actually start obeying the Constitution, and hand over the worst jack-booted thug offenders for prosecution.
