California is on the brink of becoming the first state in the nation to offer illegal immigrants the chance to buy insurance on an ObamaCare exchange — testing what’s being described as a "loophole" in the law.
The Affordable Care Act technically bars illegal immigrants from the insurance exchanges.
But the California bill, which last week passed the state legislature and was sent to Gov. Jerry Brown’s desk, would allow the state to apply for a federal waiver to open its exchange — Covered California — to undocumented residents.

Why would they buy overpriced insurance with a $6000 deductible when they can go to the local ER for free?
California is no longer an American state. It’s now Mexico’s most northernmost and wealthiest state. While I don’t think Trump can win Cali in November he’ll do far better than expected. I have relatives in the OC and they and many Californians may finally be waking up!

Yeah. Buy. Riiiiight. The left has so subverted the language that “to buy” now means “to obtain at taxpayer expense.”
That is the question I am asking. Who would be dumb enough to buy an 0bamacare policy when they are used to getting things for free?

They aren’t buying anything, they claim little or no income and go on Medicaid through the Covered California Website.
No need to leave the comfort of the Hacienda and stand in line at the Welfare Office.
Because most of them will be on the free version silly.
