Bernie has pointed out that the superdelegates don’t vote until the convention. And he plans on contesting the convention.
Think “Dewey Wins” in 1948. If Sanders wins tomorrow, despite the 11th hour Lyn’ Ted-like trick tonight, Clinton will not be the public winner. She’ll have lost, Bernie will be emboldened. I doubt he could topple her outright, the superdelagates insulate her a bit, but I bet he might demand the VP slot, which would be great. Why shouldn’t he? Trump would get the “best” of both to run against.
Meanwhile Plugs is still counting, using his fingers and toes, to confirm the final delegate total.
Seems like the only qualification the NYT can come up with is she is a woman.

Thank goodness. For a while there I thought we’d have to deal with Crazy Bernie and we’d have a tougher fight for the youth vote. Now, we’ve got a good shot at being able to pick up some BernOuts, who will consider Bernie’s possible endorsement of Hillary for the sake of the party as a betrayal.
Der Hildebeast can do her victory dance, pump her fists in the air and get blitzed with the celebratory champagne. When Trump gets through with her, she will wish she never heard of Trump.

Actually I’m glad she is the nominee because finally justice is going to be meted out to these two career criminal grifters. For the next 5 months Trump is going to lay it out all for the people to see, who the Clintons REALLY are and if she still wins after all that, then this country was already finished.

Bernie and his folks are not amused at the slight jumping of the gun to help Hillary - expect them to make appearances at her functions from here on out....

Make this announcement before the California primary to keep Sander’s voters from voting. The announcement was based on a survey apparently not an official count of delegates.
Hillary stood by Bill in ‘92 and helped him win. She lost to Obama in ‘08 and stood by him through two terms. She’s paid her dues and now they owe her.
Hence, the 523 ‘superdelegates’ gift.
This is a bit similar to Dole in 1996. They gave him the nomination because of his long service to the country and it was time to pay him back. Of course it was disastrous for the GOP, but that was a time when the economy was doing well with Bill Clinton moving towards the center somewhat, so maybe no Republican would have won anyway.
So now that she’s won (been handed) the prize, when is the FBI going to ask for indictments against her?
