Who here thinks that 11% of the electorate will throw away their votes?

I don’t believe it. The libertarian pres candidate usually ends up with about 1% of the vote. I expect it will be similar this election. I sure don’t hear any excitement about Gary Johnson and him being the alternative people were waiting for........

Johnson is the flavor of the month as the elites’ attempted alternative to Trump. We’ve already been through Carson, Fiorina, Christie, Kasich, Rubio and Cruz. Now the elites are grabbing Johnson (pun intended) as the current alternative.

The problem for the elites is that they are running out of “next alternatives.” In fact, the next alternative is actually the last alternative, and the last alternative the voters have, and that the elites don’t want them to realize is their only alternative. That’s Hillary Clinton.

This is a waste of time to look at this stuff. It’s meaningless.

If Trump has a 30 point lead over a Democrat, sure. Otherwise, no. (And I don't think that will happen. So, no.) Mostly the ones who support Johnson will hold their noses and pull the lever for Trump.

I think he'll do better than last time. He won 0.99% and I think he'll break the magic 1% ceiling this time. Enough to make any difference? He'll probably draw equally from the extreme right wing and left wing stoners.

I do, but it is 90% democrat leaning.

They aren’t. It’s where the MSM is hiding the Trump votes that put him outside of MOE of Hillary. Libertarians won’t get 1% of the total vote, but it allows the pollsters to hide vote in plain sight to make it more horse race, in order to sell more polls.

I think that this is the year of the libertarian party.

They are the more natural fallback position for democrats if Hillary’s corruption starts to come home against her.

When it comes to Losertarian Gov. Johnson, all you have to do is check out his VP, Bill Weld. What an ass!
