Donald Trump insisted Monday that U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel is treating him unfairly in the Trump University case, even after facing criticism from Republicans and Democrats that his charge is racist.
"One hundred percent. This is a case that should have been thrown out a long time ago by the judge," Trump said on "Fox and Friends" Monday morning when asked if he'd be found innocent in the case.
"It shouldn't even be a case," Trump continued. "This case should have been thrown out on summary judgment. If someone else was in charge, this would have been thrown out on summary judgment."

and this is why I’m voting for him
And the dirtbags in the MSM and at National Review couldn’t care less.
Those words, “refuses to take back judge criticism” are music to my ears.
Honestly, I think holding your position on something in the face of a politically correct onslaught is what proves leadership and unbelievable strength.
Godspeed, Mr. Trump.
Well well....... an old voice returns to our forum
glad to see you posting once again
Not gonna happen. Nor should it.
In The United States of America, people that belong to race-based organizations are generally regarded as extremists.
The media will burn themselves out in a couple of days.
Like a baby crying in the aisle for a toy.
So Trump points out a racist, compromised judge and he’s the bad guy for it...It’s going to be a long election season but I’m stickin’ it out with Trump...
I agree. Trump is correct on this.
Those words, refuses to take back judge criticism are music to my ears.

Right! Screaming racism is supposed to stop the debate. It is supposed to make you apologize and slink off in shame.
The judge absolutely has an appearance of impropriety.
Trump knows the ropes. You don’t apologize or recant. Ever. You can modify a position a bit but never in response to demands or accusations. As soon as a candidate on the right apologizes for anything at all, no matter how minor, the rest of his campaign revolves around that apology. It is all the MSM permits to be discussed.
Have we every seen all this hoopla when, for example a Black Leader says he doesn’t trust Whites in, say law enforcement, because they’re White?
Then why the double standard?
Finally we have a candidate running with an (R) next to his name that has a spine and is fearless!
The startegy is to get everything involving him tied up in lawsuits and investigations to build Talking Points. I suspect it will be utterly ineffective as deployed against Trump and will just waste Democrat campaign money.
One thing is clear, Trump is a leader and not a follower.
If MSM (including now NR and other heretofore solid conservative voices) can’t get an apology soon they will realize that their efforts are counterproductive of their aims and will give it up.
