They build some good looking ships. But the quality is seriously lacking. The reason why Russia ordered the two Mistral's from France is because their own yards can't compete.
I think the yards that built their larger amphib ships were in Ukraine.
This proposed heavy cruiser will take forever to build if the other Russian
Naval delivery times are any indications.
