The Hill is contorting itself to say its unlikely he will testify and Clinton will be deposed. They are full of it. With Mills saying she doesnt remember over 250 times and Paglianos attempt (Which i think sullivan will force him because he gave up his 5th amendment rights ) JW can easily have Clinton deposed because they do not have the whole story. The very reason they get to depose all these people is because the State dept. and others have lied and delayed, the Judge has punished them by granting discovery to this level. Excellent article that explains the legal ramifications of trying to use the 5th in a civil proceeding. I’m REALLY curious to see the immunity agreement. Lynch wouldn’t even admit one existed.

The "to avoid FOIA" request theory is bullcr*p. Hillary's personal email server served to HIDE TREASONOUS FOREIGN POLICY ACTIVITY FROM CONGRESS. That is far worse.

Also, I think Pagliano and Mills are PROTECTING HILLARY'S BOSS, HUSSEIN 0DUNGA. He gave the order to Hillary to set up this server and THAT is who they are protecting. Hillary knows that if she OUTS 0dungheap, her campaign is OVER. Hillary's crime goes all the way to the top. It wouldn't surprise me if the FBI knows this already.
