The annual statistics on the precise number of Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria (AKA the West Bank) have been released by former Knesset Member Yaakov "Ketzaleh" Katz.
Based on the Population Registry of Israel's Interior Ministry, there are 406,302 Jews in Judea and Samaria as of December 31, 2015. As clearly stated in the report, the statistics do not include eastern neighborhoods of Jerusalem (e.g. Pisgat Zeev, Ramat Shlomo, Ramot, Gilo, Ramat Eshkol, etc.) which are technically part of the West Bank and are home to another approximately 360,000 Jews.
In the special English report released today, the Jewish population stats of Judea and Samaria are broken down into individual towns and regions and show the growth over the last year and 5 years. Since December 31, 2010, the number of Jews in Judea and Samaria has increased by 23.95%.

I am not sure about that, there are over 400k Jews in France and many tens of thousand in UK. In both places the authorities have not protected the Jews from the overwhelming growth of Antisemitic violence.
They number of Jews leaving Jew Hating EU is quite high.
8% if Jews left France last year, many went to Israel.
If the Israelis funded a boat Flotilla that could easily triple.

those figures need to triple or quadrouple ASAP with good quality construction (especially for the younger geneation who are having very difficult time finding good housing for their families), it also strengthens the security situation vis-a-vis the Muslim terrorist gangs

There’s a huge difference between now and then. In four words: There is no White Paper.
Just to be clear. WEST of the Jordan is biblical Israel, although the Reubenites and half tribe of Manasseh occupied much of the east bank. They were exiled by the Assyrians and carried away to northern Syria, Iraq, perhaps western Afghan as well, although that’s uncertain.
Menasseh has been found, and quite a few of them are now living in Kiryat Arba. They were in Northeastern, rural India, among the Kuci tribe, and their features are now very Asiatic, after a sojourn in China and some persecution there.
