That’s what “they” want — a martyr. Don’t wish for this.
Anarchists always escalate, until they get a “violent” response from their targets — it doesn’t matter if that response is in self-defence. The anarchists then use that response to “prove” that the entire system needs to be destroyed — however violently.
They want Trump supporters to have to resort to armed self-defence — so that they can argue that Trump incites violence. It’s what they want — don’t give it to them.
I don’t know. After Kent State the rioters sure cooled their jets. The only moral response to violence is immediate directed violence.

I like to think of it this way. Don’t enter a debate/argument/whatever with a fool. After a couple minutes nobody can tell you apart.
Ignoring them will also get their goat. If they touch then take them out though.
Self-restraint is not going to work. The violence will continue escalate well beyond the murder of Trump supporters and the Leftists do not really need to convince anyone with arguments. They have mobs and compliant Government officials on their side.
There is no voting out way out of this.
