Sorry Friends, If You Are #NeverTrump Then You Are #4Hillary

.......

And make no mistake, this election is about the survival of the country that Donald Trump has promised to make great again. Obama, Hillary Clinton and their far-left allies have increased the tempo of their assaults on constitutional liberty and the external threats to our national security and domestic tranquility have grown ever greater.

Why then, in the face of the indisputable threats facing our country, would mature men and women who purport to be leaders of the Republican Party and the conservative movement do anything that strengthens Hillary Clinton, that gives her even one more vote?

I find it very strange that many of the same individuals who decry Donald Trump’s deviations from conservative orthodoxy were quick to try to explain away the Romney family’s support for Planned Parenthood and other decidedly anti-conservative organizations and institutions.

And I find it stranger still that many of the Republicans and alleged conservatives who huddle over their smartphones tweeting outrage over Trump’s kneecapping of his various primary opponents were on strict radio silence when Romney did much the same thing to Newt Gingrich.

Viguerie gets it. He held out a long time for Cruz, long after it was clear Cruz was not doing anyone any good. But he gets it now, much more clearly than a lot of Cruz supporters have. It's time to go all in for Trump, or be for Hillary. Those are the choices.

Same old crap year after year. You do not win republican votes this way especially with the moral republican base but if your are to stupid to care to understand and learn about who your base is....well, you can not fix stupid.

This only works on mindless democrats and you can figure that one out by the study of the history of the parties. You want Republican votes then be a real Republican, it is that simple and the only thing that works.

Wow. If you can’t see the difference between John McCain, Mitt Romney and Donald Trump, then I can’t help you. As you said, you can’t fix stupid.

Trump seems incoherent. But I don’t think is attempting to speak to the informed citizen, the press and the policy wonks who look for a sophisticated and nuanced political conversation. “Make America Grear Again”, “crooked Hillary are memes that appeal to huge numbers of potential voters regardless of how they have formerly aligned themselves ideologically or geographically. The man could not possibly be so naive as to believe that bombast is the key to leadership; he does likely believe it is the way to obtaining the leader’s mantle.

Trump seems incoherent.

So you and Hillary do agree on things.

He has a set of principles that cohere very nicely. And when he wants to set them out in fancy DC speak, he can and his policies are well thought out and conservative. Witness, for example, his foreign policy speech at the Washington Press Club. You just refuse to accept the truth.

I tell my #NeverTrump “pure” conservative friends to get with the revolution! Yea, Trump may not be want we want... but most certainly he’s what we need, fearless of the media and “establishment” and 100% America wins!

Metrosexual liberal girlyman Thomas Freidman (alleged NYT “columnist”) “endorsed” Trump (IMHO) when he complained Trump was all “balls and testosterone”... like that’s bad? Yep, maybe not the “pure conservative” but what we need! He knows how to fight!

LOLOLOL! I just had a NeverTumper on Breitbart tell me, because she's a woman, that I (another woman) shouldn't tell her she's an idiot. Doing so means I'm contributing to the (fake) war on women.

I told her she's even more of an idiot than I first thought.

Geez, these people are stupid!

These are the same informed, sophisticated, nuanced beltway insiders whose rent-seeking behavior has locked up the system so that nothing happens anymore.

Defense can not longer procure a fighter aircraft and State has no idea which side we are on in the middle east. All this nuanced sophistication has produced mindless babble.

Cutting through Goridan knots requires a brut with a sharp axe. The alternative to Trump is to take off and nuke it from space.

I wholeheartedly agree. Trump speaks AMERICAN and real Americans understand him easily. It is the Globalists who have trouble with his lingo because they don’t believe in America FIRST!

Love your tag. Old Ben had it all together!

No he can't. No one can. The revolution against DC speak is what this is all about. It is why we recognize Putin's competence in running Russia. He says things that mean something and make sense - even if they are frequently not to our benefit. Listen to McConnell or Hillary or any of the others - you have no idea what they will do - except make sure that they pay off all the people who have shown up to be paid off.

I have always been #NeverHillary. I used to also be #NeverTrump.

Then Bernie said that he was going to use the Department of Justice to “go after the pro-life states.” It was then that I realized with absolute certainty that whoever the Democrat candidate is, they’re going to persecute people who believe what I believe. In other words, I’m in their gunsights.

Whatever Trump’s faults are, I do not believe he has me in his gunsights. So now I’m simply #Absof*kinlutelyNeverHillary, and will negate my sister’s vote for Hillary by voting for Trump.

“Trump seems incoherent.”

Considering that you’ve said that Trump AND Cruz supporters are working to get Hitlery elected, and other nastiness in your posting history, this is one of your NICER posts.

I need some fresh air.

It's a headline.

From the article:

For those who say they are #NeverTrump because “Donald Trump is not a conservative” on this and that issue I’m curious as to what version of conservatism they subscribe to – the George W. Bush version that says Islam is a religion of peace and led us into an apparently endless and inconclusive war in the Middle East, or the Donald Trump version that says defeat radical Islam wherever we find it?

Or maybe it is the Paul Ryan version of conservatism that says we should fund Obama’s extra-constitutional amnesty for illegal aliens, the Planned Parenthood Industry of Death and a grotesque list of crony government raids on the taxpayers for things like “green energy” and bailouts of Puerto Rico?

The fact of the matter is that when one examines the views of many of the Republican and allegedly conservative #NeverTrump holdouts they are a lot closer to Hillary Clinton and the rest of the DC elite than they are to the views of the millions of country class citizens who turned-out to support Donald Trump.

---------------------------

Wondering what took him so long. His friends Jeff Sessions and Phyllis Schlafly figured it out months earlier. Trump is conservative on the issues needed to save our country. After that, maybe we can worry about some social problems the country has.

When London was getting bombed to smithereens, did anyone worry what Churchill's position on the Church of England was? The only issue facing Britain at that point was who can best lead us to victory in this war. We are in a war now, a 100 year progressive war designed to bring the United States down from within, and it is close to fruition. We need the one who is best equipped to save our country from that downfall. Trump is that man. No one else of those 17 who ever stood on a stage come even close. If people don't get behind him, they are providing aid and comfort to Hillary. Let me know if you can find an article in the London press in 1940 saying that both Britain and Germany are flawed, we should sit this one out. That's the kind of argument we get from a lot of the Cruz people.

I would concur with Defiant. If he needs or wants to, he does have the ability to speak “fancy DC Speak.” But, he’s obviously well grounded enough to speak and converse with us regular folks. To phrase it in an old fashioned way: He shoots from the hip. Unlike, McTurtle and Billary, he’s genuine and genuinely cares. Unlike what we hear from the MSM, we learn of Trump’s genuineness and integrity from regular people who have actually met him, even in passing, as well as people who have done business or worked with him—without fancy fanfare or staged events. Having integrity is something that is not in the Liberal, nor DC-Elitist, chromosome.

Maybe we are talking two different things, but I am referring to a specific speech that was organized and had all the nice big words that ivy leaguers understand and that set forth what he wants to do in a coherent fashion. It is different from most DC Republicans because it is America first, but it shows he can give a speech like that instead of the kind of speech he gives at rallies. They are two different things for two different audiences, but the message is the same, even if the delivery is different. Many critics want to focus only on the rallies and then critique that it is rambling, instead of look at the substance.
