The 2016 campaign for president has boiled down to who's been nastier toward women, Donald Trump or Bill Clinton.
And while the irrepressible Trump has gone so far as to paint the former president as a rapist, Bill Clinton has passively turned the other cheek. A normal man would have knocked Trump's lights out.
