The judge, in his zeal to damage Trump, authorized the release of records and then tried to get them back. Trump has won already; the judge has prejudiced the case.
People whose private information is in those records have a cause of action, in that they had an expectation of privacy for their records. Many, I assume, are not publically known and are not without recourse for having their PII be broadcast to news and others without a care to sensitive information.
