Pagliano was involved with A server at some point. What needs to be considered is that the original server Hillary used, the bathroom server, was the one set up for Bill in the bathroom when he left the presidency. Pagliano was hired later IIRC.
Let's see what Mills says to the FBI, I say she takes the 5th.

Then Shrillary pretends their interviews and depositions were “cooperation” even though all the important information was withheld.

.... and CHeryl Mills is a Stanford Law grad, Hillary annd Bill are Yale Law grads etc. These cretins were supposed to be the “best and the brightest” enjoying all the best educational and professional opportunities America has to offer. Yet, they are scum.

Pagliano was given immunity. It is understandable that Mills’ lawyer does not want to have her give any responses to questions dealing with him. They don’t know what Pagliano has said to the FBI in return for immunity. Mills could be charged with perjury or obstruction of justice if she says the wrong thing.

I attempted to read Mills Depo transcript. The effing lawyers were objecting to virtually everything and most of the time telling her she shouldn’t answer the questions posed. I felt sorry for the JW lawyer, she did her best to get some info, but she didn’t get much from what I read.
