Actually, you shouldn’t do that wherever those streets are located. In every city or town that has either, they are generally in “no go” areas!
Those boy’s in Bakersfield know how to get it done. That is a 50% killing rate. In Chicago it is around 10%.

Most of Bakersfield’s smog comes from up North. It lies at the very end of the Central Valley. The smog gets funneled down the valley and caught by the mountains that surround Bakersfield on all sides. Think an oblong soup bowl.
There are plenty of ignorant people here but they keep importing more with the dregs of Mexico streaming in.
