Not so strange, really. Both despise American conservatives, Israel, the free market economy, and individual freedoms in general. They're natural bedfellows.

BDS is a palestinian organization. Federal law prohibits in participating in foreign boycotts unless approved by State. "Palestine" is, I acknowledge, not a state. Nor has it ever been. However we're not talking Palestine, Texas. It is definitely foreign and I would think subject to our laws against foreign boycotts. Justice and State obviously consider it law not worth enforcing.

I would like to see Israel come up with a cure for that dreadful sand-fly parasitical disease. And hold it off the market. “Hey, we’re just monkeys and pigs, you wouldn’t want anything we make”.
