$6 BILLION. Here is the link to the IG report regarding the missing money from April 2014. I’ve searched online, and can find not a single update regarding the missing money, except for a couple of mentions of the original articles from 2014 in 2015 and one in 2016. That tells me that the money has not shown up, and no one in the media are interested enough to look into the matter (surprise surprise)
