Chris Wallace ripped into Rep. Adam Schiff (D., Ca.) when Schiff tried to change the subject from Hillary Clinton’s private server to Colin Powell’s use a private email address.
“First of all, we have shown that it is different and secondly, I think it’s frankly a red herring, sir, and I expect more from you,” the Fox News Sunday host said.
Schiff had tried to use the defense that State Department Inspector General found that Powell had used a private email address, as well as used two different laptops. One of the laptops was strictly for personal use.
“Sir, the guidelines repeatedly strengthened in 2005, 2006, 2011 Hillary Clinton was operating in a completely world. Can we please stay to the issue of what Hillary Clinton did or didn’t do and not talk about Colin Powell?” Wallace said.
Schiff responded that what Powell did was not irrelevant to the issue. Schiff begged Wallace to let him finish his comments on Powell, Wallace shut the congressman down immediately.
“Forgive me, we’re going to keep going. We’re done with Powell,” Wallace stated.

If they both broke the law, indict them both.
Put them BOTH in jail. I got no use for Powell either. I’m sure he’s gonna be one of Bill Kristol’s “concerned conservative Republicans” any day now.
Wallace gave him hell, and Wallace was right, Powell had a provate email address for his provate emails, not secured government secret documents, it’s apples and oranges.
For Wallace to expect ANYTHING from the pack of liars, thieves and perverts (AKA Government) is naive. They are all incapable of telling the truth.
Remember when your Dad used to say: “If Johnny jumps off the bridge, are you going to jump too?” That’s what this “interview” reminded me of.

We know how they keep their jobs - there are many voters who rely on slime like him for their subsistence. I want to ask people like Schiff how they can go through life with no honor or shame whatsoever.

I saw that segment live yesterday morning, and it took me a minute to remember that Shiff is a Democrat. Wallace tore into him like Shiff is a Republican. Maybe those smart glasses really do make Chris smarter. Or he realized that the audience on Fox expects better than what he has been delivering.

Wow even Wallace gets it! I figured he would go for the “everybody else did it too” bait, hook, line, sinker.
He must be supporting Biden or Warren.
I think Bernie Sanders should have Colin Powell as his running mate for a third party run. Their slogan could be: Not as guilty as Hillary!
