You’ve hit the nub of the matter.
Federal agencies have WAY, WAY TOO MUCH POWER to make rules with the force of law.
And you are correct, it was handed to them by CONGRESS.
Time to force Congress to take it back.
Exactly. Congress had no right to delegate legislative authority to the Executive branch yet they did it anyway because it’s so much easier than debating the merits of these regulations all the time.
Just another nudge. The Feds want to build up enough anger til a few folks take the bait and start shooting.
