Yes, when “citizens” are attacking with knives, struggling with cops and gaining control of a pistol, committing armed robberies, kidnappings, rapes, and taking hostages. When citizens do that they did on rare occasion wind up shot.
They have clamped down hard and the idiots know they rule the town now. And you get crap like this. The democrats on the council invited in the Feds to run the dept. Because you know.... you can trust a fed more than you can a local. /s
