Sanders Picks Two BDS Supporters For DNC Platform Committee

Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders has tapped two major backers of the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement to be members of the DNC platform committee after reports emerged that Sanders wants to revamp the platform to highlight the issue of Palestinian rights. Sanders picked James Zogby, president of the Arab-American Institute in Washington, and Cornel West, a philosopher and anti-Israel activist, to fill two of his five slots on the 15-member platform as part of his plans to revise the Democratic Party’s stance on relations with Israel.

West is a vociferous critic of Israel who has called the Gaza Strip “the ‘hood on steroids” and, in 2014, wrote that the crimes of Hamas “pale in the face of the U.S.-supported Israeli slaughters of innocent civilians.”

On Saturday, Zogby slammed the Obama administration for continuing to “enable [Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s] malevolent rule.”

Trump has got to go after the Jewish vote, as well as the national security vote. Fact is the anti-Semitism from the left is much greater than the rogue ones supposedly from the right, tho those are likely DNC trolls trying to prevent further Jewish vote loss that occurred during Barack Hussein's reign.

There is a federal law called the Anti-Arab-Boycott Act that prohibits any individual or firm involved in any business with the federal government from cooperating with boycott activities directed at Israel. So this BDS movement is a violation of the Anti-Boycott Act when supported by anybody who is involved in any level of government contracting or other federal government activity.

Sanders is a communist antisemite. He participated in a movement to end US arms sales to Israel in the 1970s. Had it been up to Sanders, Israel would have either been destroyed by invasion in 1973, or would have been destroyed in a nuclear exchange with the USSR.
