I’m not even sure I know what that means.............other than he didn’t get the outcome he wanted. The justice system is great with them as long as they get their way, but when they don’t however....

Fortunately, they have another chance with the federal civil rights trial. That’s not double jeopardy because it’s liberals doing the show trial.

The community had a voice spoken through an elected Judge who said not guilty.
A Lynch mob may be the “ Reverend’s” idea of a community voice, but waiver of a jury trial far a bench trial is a defendant’s right in Maryland. It has been for decades.
