There’s a question as to whether McAuliffe had the power to restore voting rights to thousands of convicted felons all at once.

He does have the power to do so on an individual basis....depending on the adjudication of a particular crime.

The court case will decide this soon enough. If the judge rules against McAwful there will be an injunction placed on this stopping it cold.

Thanks for the information. I hope this will be a time-consuming process for the Clinton crony governor!!
Personally, I feel no convicted murder, rapist or other violent criminal should have their voting rights restored!
Lesser crimes/felons should be eligible. However, upon any future recidivism, should automatically result in total revocation of any voting franchise!!!
