WOW! Hanen for Supreme Court!
Seems to be the only judge of note who holds the government to account.
OK, I’m still looking for the reason why these treasonous Commie f#cks should not be screaming while it takes them two days to die...
Ethics classes are not enough unless they take place behind bars.
WOW! Bet Lynch is sitting on a block of ice somewhere! I hope she tries thumbing her nose and Hannen and gets herself thrown in the slammer for contempt. Hannen has had it up to his eyeballs with the DOJ.
This is nuts. If all the lawyers at Just-Us had to take and abide by ethics standards, there’d be no one left employed there.
The ethics classes will probably be in Hawaii. First Class and 5-star. Nothing but the finest when the tax-slaves are buying!
How about firing those guilty, for starters?
What about the ethics of not going after a former Secretary of State who completely avoided all sense of compliance with the Public Records Act of 1950? She broke this law publicly, who was a scofflaw on the issue for years, and by breaking this law is now fully ineligible to hold ANY public office. Saying it was “poor judgement”, or saying “sorry ‘bout that” is not an adequate set of penalties.
What the judge should have done is file a complain with the appropriate bar association, and started disbarment proceedings.
Even if they don't get disbarred, the complaint will remain on their records. THAT will leave a mark on them, for the rest of their careers.
