They should decriminalize shooting shoplifters on the back.

>> Anything below $950 keeps the crime a misdemeanor

Sell everything for $1000 with a discount at the register.

"...California decriminalizes shoplifting..."

Pretty soon they will allow any and all criminality to be legal for twelve hours once per year as some sort of crazy annual purge.

Any time people move to improve anything with common sense, liberals make an ass out of it.

[ But the police never called. ]

Huh? They must not have had a complete proofreading.

I agree there needs to be decriminalization of private property protection.

Just reclassify drug dealers as
undocumented pharmacists and get
it over with.

Libertarians do not condone the decriminalization of shoplifting.

Most libertarians are staunch "law & order" types when it comes to real crime (force and fraud), and theft is certainly a real crime...

eventually, the background of every criminal will be taken into account...if you’re a whitey, you deserve to be behind bars, but do the same crime while being a poor, down trodden black...FREE...

"Safe Neighborhoods and Schools Act"

Not making excuses for California voters, but the fact is, the liberals have to misrepresent their disastrous legislation to make it sound sensible and, arguably, conservative. Even in California. If we ever had a truth in advertising law for campaing ads, California would be in much better shape. Doesn't excuse the fact most of the voters base their support on misleading campaign ads, but it suggests things could be different if we had a Republican party that actually tried to influence voters.

Yep, and murder is just the “accelerated, non-consensual, imposition of unsolicited euthanasia”.

“...The left’s insane propositions in California...”

Taxifornia is used as the liberal incubator for insane, anti-American, anti-law, anti-rights legislation to preceed cramming it down the throats of the other states. Wasn’t Taxifornia the womb for sanctuary city legalization???

Sick bastard liberals. The beat goes on...with NO FIGHT from the GOPe.

Shame, Shame, Shame.

Where have our Churches Gone? The Sheep are not going to Church anymore. Remember these words “Thou shall NOT steal”
America has lost it’s moral compass. Judgement will soon be coming to those lost sheep.

“Next time any “conservative” activist tries to sell you on sentencing reform and nonsense about non-violent offenders, remind him what that looks like in real life.”

Yeah, conservatives are to blame.

What stupidity.
