I’m with you, marktwain. It may be as presented... but we don’t KNOW. Justice requires at least due diligence in finding and hearing and considering the relevant perspectives.
Justice requires that the alleged perp be taken off the route until the matter’s been investigated. You put him behind a desk and give him busy work while you investigate. Otherwise, he could do it again to someone else and their baby, assuming he’s guilty of the first offense. Apparently, the bus company doesn’t practice such simple precautions, so that leaves it to the husband and his friends to have a party for the man.
