One student, in the course of haranguing PSU Public Safety, criticized officers for their alleged mishandling of sexual assault cases, and even accused them of being rapists.
“Police are notorious for mishandling sexual assault cases. We all know that. They are often also rapists themselves,” she said to cheers from her fellow students.

The NV dem convention was purposely scheduled when the universities were having graduation so there wouldn’t be many millennial Bernie supporters attending. And there weren’t, so imagine the chaos if there were!
Just disband the police at PSU. I bet the criminals, especially the minority criminals will respect that and move on. Then if someone does commit a crime on campus, students can call the snowflakes to handle the mess.
Maybe that’s a new form of exercise to get rid of those unwanted pounds?

There need to be repercussions for this behavior. But there isn’t. This is the product of the 60’s liberal. They may have had a semblance of sanity in their protests, but their mindset was the same as the idiot snowflakes of today.

That was old when wanna-be hippies were doing that on the steps of the Regenstein Library at the U of Chicago to protest on behalf of a Nuclear Freeze (and against Reagan, of course).
Until conservatives learn how to make guerilla theater headlines creatively like this, we’ll chronically be relegated to the shadows of leftist protest. We’re a one trick pony that can occasionally mobilize Harley riders, but that’s about it. The main battlefield in the Age of Info is the media. This is emphatically NOT trench warfare, it’s not even urban warfare, it is MEDIA WARFARE. We learn it or we get outflanked time and again by smaller forces who know how to play to the cameras. We get our asses chronically kicked by the enemy, we better damned well study their tactics, eh?
Story at the link fails to state how many communists were “protesting” versus the population of the college. Was this a tiny lunatic fringe or a mass movement?
Is there an Irony Award? Staging a “die in” to protest armed police, the only thing that might stop a spree killing on their campus deserves a nod.

I’m no fan of the precious snowflakes, but I would like to hear a police chief defend his department’s policy of arming cops; I’d especially like to hear it from one of the doofus chiefs who champions disarming the public.
Just an answer to the question, “ why not give up guns for cops?”

Cannot imagine people this dumb but I have come across a few in the past and see them in the current administration right up to the top.
