Darn! My doc makes me fast before the yearly visit. She’d shoot me if I ate that before the visit.

I only had a bit of peanut butter on a half a piece of bread. I didn't want my blood sugar to drop.

The checkup went well. I’ve lost 17 pounds sine late 2014, my bp is fine and BMI is 24..whatever that means. My doctor is pleased.

He wanted to send me to physical therapy for the sciatica, but he said exercise and stretching at home will be fine.
