It’s not predominantly an IQ problem. If it were, white Euro-mix people (like most of us) would have an irreversible global problem since, on average, Chinese people in Hong Kong have a 10-13-point IQ advantage over the white average in the USA.

The main problem is family structure and culture.

If blacks had on average the same kind of family structure and culture as the Hong Kong Chinese or the American Jews, they would come out ahead of the white gentile US average.

Let’s look at the USA and less than 100 years ago: During the glory years of the highly creative and productive Harlem Renaissance, 90% of black children in Harlem lived in intact families headed by a married father and mother.
