Yup in TX and its rather late in the day to get a candidate on the ballot... if they can find one interested in running.
So far, no takers and the GOP is closing ranks around Trump.

I don’t think someone has to be on a ballot to become the nominee. All it takes is for dirty tricks to occur at the GOP Convention, where a nominee can be selected, anointed, whatever. That’s why they’ve been kicking around the names of Romney and Ryan.
