I think Donald leaked that silly
“John Miller” story out too, as a benign distraction that would keep him as the center of attention.
It was a trial balloon on John Miller as Press Secretary.
The “John Miller” thing is on the level of a prank. Next week, they’ll be saying he called bowling alleys asking for “Mike Hunt”.
This is about as significant as the Romney haircut story.
However, Trump should just acknowledge it, say it was a stupid mistake like all of us make, and dis miss it. Most people (except for the most fierce partisans) would simply dismiss it at that point.
By denying it, he keeps it alive.
