The Obama DOJ clearly is corrupt. The so called investigation appears to be less than an honest attempt to learn the facts and more of a political exercise to shield the Clinton's criminal activities.

There are a lot of avenues related to the investigation and it may take a while longer to follow them all to their end.
Comey is facing pressure to wrap this up for political reasons, but he’s marching to his own drum.
If a criminal referral is made to the DOJ, you can bet that it will have all the i’s dotted and all the t’s crossed. If Lynch deep sixes it, you can also bet there will be a mutiny.
That's fixed, but the rule of law and my belief in the integrity of this nation, are broken and will never be the same.
I'm somewhat ashamed that I believed for so long that we had a government in which there were at least some leaders driven by principles such as morality, honesty and adherence the Constitution.

The only saving grace is that the GOP nominee will be Trump, who will have the balls to actually expose Hillary as the crook that she is and shout it from the mountain top, unlike if one of the GOP-e RINOS got the nomination. The “crooked Hillary” moniker WILL stick.
Intent, malicious or not, is not needed for proving violation of the very simplistic Public Records Act of 1950. Hillary, very simply, failed to “take care if” public records.... Period. No motive needed. Easy. Start there. Violation means she can never hold public office.

The only way she will be indicted/prosecuted is if she declares she is a Republican.
