FBI Asks For Help Investigating Rampant Female Genital Mutilation (Clitoridectomy)

The gruesome practice of female genital mutilation is at record highs in America due to the influx of Muslim immigrants. The FBI is asking for help in investigating these vicious acts of misogyny. But at the same time, the FBI goes out of its way to say that it is not Islamic in practice — dhimmis even in this. But they need help, because the Muslim community is very secretive and protective of this ghastly custom.

Muslim Immigration Puts Half a Million U.S. Girls at Risk of Genital Mutilation.

Female genital mutilation (FGM) or clitoridectomy is an Islamic tradition, rampant in the Muslim world. Over 96% of the women in Egypt have been clitoridectomized. Back in 2008, devout members of the Egyptian parliament have made female genital mutilation (circumcision) legal again in Egypt.

Muhammad is said to have justified it: “A woman used to perform circumcision in Medina. The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said to her: Do not cut severely as that is better for a woman and more desirable for a husband.” (Sunan Abu Dawud 41.5251)

“Circumcision is obligatory (for every male and female) (by cutting off the piece of skin on the glans of the penis of the male, but circumcision of the female is by cutting out the bazr ‘clitoris’ [this is called khufaadh ‘female circumcision’]).” — ‘Umdat al-Salik e4.3, translated by Mark Durie, The Third Choice, p. 64

The more Muslims immigrate to Western countries, and as the norming of sharia continues in the West, the more clitordectomies will become horrifyingly commonplace.

Dissemblers and deceivers claim that FGM is cultural phenomenon, not religious. FGM is an Islamic cultural phenomenon. FGM is found only within and adjacent to Muslim communities (source: Gerry Mackie, “Ending Footbinding and Infibulation: A Convention Account”, American Sociological Review, 61(6), December 1996, pp. 1004–1005).

Perhaps the FBI should start investigating US gynecologists who urge “compromise” on female genital mutilation.

200 Million Girls Have Undergone FGM, 70 Million More Than Previously Thought

FBI Reaching Out About Female Genital Mutilation FBI.gov, May 14, 2016

Anyone who has information about an individual who is suspected of assisting or facilitating the practice of female genital mutilation, or FGM, is urged to submit a tip at tips.fbi.gov.

Human Rights FBI Reaching Out About Female Genital Mutilation

05/13/16

More than 500,000 women and girls across the country—most of them living in metropolitan areas—are at risk of undergoing female genital mutilation, a procedure that has long been practiced in many African and Middle Eastern countries as a cultural custom but has been illegal in the U.S. since 1996.

A report showing the number of women at risk was published in January by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the figure was much higher than previously estimated. A separate report last year by the non-profit Population Reference Bureau (PRB) determined that women and girls most at risk were concentrated in major cities like New York, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C., where large diaspora immigrant communities have coalesced.

Female genital mutilation, also called cutting or FGM, involves partial or total removal of the external genitalia for non-medical reasons, with no discernible health benefits. Nearly one-third of the estimated 513,000 women at risk are under the age of 18, according to the CDC and PRB data.

International Human Rights Unit

With regard to human rights, the responsibilities of the Department of Justice—and the FBI—relate primarily to enforcement matters of five specific laws.

– Genocide (18 USC, Section 1091),

– Torture (18 USC, Section 2340A),

– War Crimes (18 USC, Section 2441),

– Recruitment/Use of Child Soldiers (18 USC, Section 2442),

– Female Genital Mutilation (18 USC, Section 116).

These five statutes typically grant the FBI jurisdiction when:

– The perpetrator is a U.S. person,

– The victim is a U.S. person, or

– The perpetrator, regardless of nationality, is located in the U.S.

The FBI is proactively investigating tips and leads on this illegal practice. Investigators are hoping victims and community members who are opposed to it will come forward and report cases.

Earlier this year, the FBI and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recognized the International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation (February 6) in a joint statement calling for eradication of the practice. The United Nations leads the zero-tolerance campaign, estimating that at least 200 million girls and women alive today have undergone some form of FGM.

Last July, President Barack Obama elevated the issue during a speech in Kenya. “There’s no excuse for sexual assault or domestic violence, there’s no reason that young girls should suffer genital mutilation, there’s no place in a civilized society for the early or forced marriage of children.” Obama said. “These traditions may go back centuries; they have no place in the 21st century.”

Practitioners claim they are abiding by deeply rooted beliefs and traditions. But it is more broadly seen as a human-rights violation. “It reflects deep-rooted inequality between the sexes and constitutes an extreme form of discrimination against women and girls,” the U.N. said in a statement.

Despite being a criminal violation in the U.S., the practice continues in a variety of ways. “We believe some of it is being conducted by medical practitioners—physicians, nurses, midwives—and some by female elders within the communities who have the distinction of being what is called a cutter,” said Special Agent Kerry Sparks, who focuses on FGM cases as part of the FBI’s International Human Rights Unit (IHRU). A State Department video released in February, to coincide with the International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation, highlights stories of survivors and the role community leaders have in ending FGM.

After legislation banning FGM in the U.S. was passed in 1996, some young women were sent on trips to their home countries to have the procedure. In 2012, Congress passed additional legislation, the Transport for Female Genital Mutilation Act, making so-called “vacation cutting” illegal.

In 2005, two Southern California individuals pled guilty to charges related to a plot to allegedly perform FGM on two minors. In 2006, an Ethiopian man living in Georgia was convicted on charges of aggravated battery and cruelty to children for performing FGM on his 2-year-old daughter.

Unfortunately, it is a rare occasion when someone steps forward to report this crime to law enforcement. Most states don’t have their own laws criminalizing FGM, so many people may not know it’s a federal violation.

“A lot of our efforts focus on increasing community awareness,” said Thomas Bishop, chief of the IHRU. “We want people to know that the FBI is committed to preventing FGM within the United States.”

Anyone who has information about an individual who is suspected of assisting or facilitating the practice of FGM is urged to submit a tip at tips.fbi.gov.

Muhammad is said to have justified it: “A woman used to perform circumcision in Medina. The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said to her: Do not cut severely as that is better for a woman and more desirable for a husband.” (Sunan Abu Dawud 41.5251)

The solution for America is simple: remove Obama and Muslims from America as we have enough diseases to control due to illegal and government dictated immigration.

Democrats and their allies used to be against this and they now say it's "discrimination" to stop it. They will claim that genital mutilation, child marriage, and child sexual assault laws unfairly target Muslims as well as other immigrants being shoved down our throats.

Perhaps if the fbi developed friendships with the Christian and Patriot community instead of using their police/enforcement for the oligarchy powers of assassination, abusing and harassing them they, the fbi, would have all the help they need.

Bingo. There are a whole lot more of us than them and we are definitely more beneficial to protect national security quite obviously. I remember doing national security background checks in the day and I knew to shortcut my work on an applicant that libed in a small town all I had to do was check with the local barbers / cosmetologists, bartenders, and lgossips; that and of course their ex-husbands and wives first. People know a LOT in those small towns. I would often have to cut them short...lol

I remember hearing an interview with a French... social worker? I don’t quite recall the profession. Anyway, she worked a lot with “immigrant” communities in France, and said that young Muslim men would often complain that their wives took no particular pleasure in the marital act. Her response to them was pretty much, hello—your wife has been mutilated, what do you expect? She was actively working to end the practice in France.

As always the silence from the West’s “feminists” with regards to these atrocities is deafening. May they all burn in hell.

Not getting much help from the muslim community? To get around
this problem with the wetbacks they enacted sanctuary cities.
What special rights and freedoms are they going to give to the
cult of death for their cooperation is solving crime? That is
when the fuzz actually investigates anything. Most of the time all
one gets is a case number and told to go file the report themselves. They have more important things to do like generating revenue.

I always give honest answers when questioned by the FBI, on its initiative. Otherwise, I intend to have no relationship with them. I would not help the FBI if it was on fire.

How about practicing mutilation without a central socialist government’s special Sharia Law permit?

Allowing the first Muslim to enter the USA was the beginning of the end for our nation. Electing twice an unknown planted pervert as president was insuring that America was on the road to collapse.

By the way, don’t you try to circumcise your women if you’re not a Muslim in America.

Steven Miller, one of Trump’s advisors, and the one who warms up crowds at the rallies, brought this up on CNN a month ago, and the moderators went beserk, calling him crazy and a liar. Just goes to show you how much the MSM media covers for the religion of peace.

What federal laws are being broken?

"Performing FGM on anyone under the age of 18 became illegal in the U.S. in 1997 with the Federal Prohibition of Female Genital Mutilation Act. ...

... the Transport for Female Genital Mutilation Act was passed in January 2013, and prohibits knowingly transporting a girl out of the U.S. for the purpose of undergoing FGM."
