Alex Jones has been saying this for years.
He was saying this almost 15 years ago on his radio show. Some people think he is pretty far out there, but he has been right on so many things.
It was all a conspiracy theory is what I heard. Our government would never do anything this freaky and dangerous to the public and to liberty.
