Yes, it takes over the resources of the debtor country.
I don’t even blame the people of these Third World dumps when they depose their dictators and don’t want to pay the debts; the money borrowed was not used for them (only in their names) and quickly stolen.
If they ruin their creditworthiness, it is an opportunity for them to grow up and get away from the debt servitude model employed (with horrible consequences) by the West...
