How could it have violated anything if it was 35 miles outside the NK waters?
If this is some kind of intel ship, which I doubt it is, I hope the Ruskies have perfected the targeting of its rocket forces by now. I would hate to see them miss south of the 38th.
I don’t even think the rat boy would be dumb enough to take on the Ruskies so this is probably some kind of error on the part of the sailors. Even so, I don’t think punching the bear in the eye over a navigational error is a smart move.
