He changed his position....not very surprising, expect lots more position changes as he gets to understand how Congress works and the Byzantine laws we operate under, some by legislation or court ordered...
As I showed above from actually going to his site he never changed a "position" as it was a STATEMENT of a private citizen for the existing political leaders to have a temporary moratorium - and the site specifically differentiates between "POSITIONS" and "STATEMENTS".
