Bernie Sanders supporters may be “feeling the Bern” for their own candidate, but nearly half are planning to give Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton the cold shoulder in November.
A YouGov poll released on Wednesday showed that 45 percent of Democrats who preferred Sanders in the primary, do not plan on voting for Clinton in the general.

I wouldn't get too pumped up over this. All Clinton would have to do, if she was savvy, was bring in Bernie as VP and all his lemmings would follow. IMO, if that scenario plays out, we're gonna have one Helluva election.

Her cynical rationale would be that the guy wouldn't last more than one term and then she could bring in Warren the next time - if she won.

I wouldn't be so sure that Bernie's people would "fall in line" if he was put on the ticket as VP.

How would many of us feel if Bush managed to win the nomination in a tight race with Trump and then added Trump to the ticket? Now we know Trump would never accept that but let's just say hypothetically this was the scenario.

I think many who supported Trump would feel betrayed that he sold himself out to the establishment and would not support that ticket.
