Looks like a favorite breakfast at local Waffle House in summer. They serve fresh ripe tomatoes and spinach in and on the side of omlet. It’s a great way to start the day!
I went there a couple times when I moved here to Georgia, then got tired of eating with people next to you who hadn’t shaved, bathed or brushed their teeth, along with some who were still in their PJs. I was in there one time, and a wedding party came in there. Talk about a “cracker reception.”
Good morning. We had a Waffle House in this area. Then, they left. My favorite was their pecan syrup. I swear I could drink it straight.
