They won’t be laughing long.
Interesting. This is a planned response by the left - it was not spontaneous.
This will be a must-show clip come November, when the President Elect is Mr. Trump.
Wasn’t that the Establishment gop response when discussing a Trump candidacy last summer?
Ahhh....the arrogance of the Washington DC punditry on full display. It is they who empower our Movement.
Judy, these people have no idea what is going on. You and I and the average freeper are more tuned in than they are.
It really wasn’t until he won NH, SC and NV that some started taking him seriously. Even then, there were more predicting that he’d eventually crash and burn. Even now, there are many who are still in denial, and cling to the delusion that somehow it’s all a dream, and they’ll wake up and Jeb or Rubio will be the nominee.
He who laughs LAST has the best laugh.
REMEMBER THIS.
Keith on ABC’s “This Week” - 7/26/15 (Democrat suggests Trump could win, rest of panel laughs)
“First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.”
I'm sure Rush has it on speed-cue.
When was this clip made? They were laughing at Ellison saying that Trump might be leading the GOP ticket. That is almost a certainty, now.
It’s also a must see clip right now, they were all laughing about Trump being the Republican Nominee. Keith got it right!
I’m guessing this same group would have been laughing just as hard back last summer if someone had suggested that Trump would win the Republican nomination...
Doh! This was last year, I should look at the date before I spout off....
Here's another, from The New Republic:
Watch what reporters thought of Trump back in the summer of 2015.Were not ones to shame anybody for failing to predict the rise of Donald Trump. This video, from ABCs This Week in July 2015, is going in the there but for the grace of God file. Still, New York Times reporter Maggie Habermans vigorous belly laugh, in response to Rep. Keith Ellisons assertion that Trump could be the Republican nominee, perfectly captures the mindset of the journalistic class in that innocent summer.
...Wasnt that the Establishment gop response when discussing a Trump candidacy last summer....
I guess I should have said “Won’t be laughing much longer” instead.
He who laughs last, laughs best.
