The GOP-e thought that they could spit in the face of social conservatives by running Mitt Romney, the Father of Homosexual Marriage in America, and still win. Didn’t happen. Now Trump supporters think that Mr. Two Corinthians can ignore social conservatives and still win.
I don’t see this ending well.
If Trump nominates a moderate at all then it will not have a pleasant t destination in the end.
