The State Department can find no emails to or from a former Hillary Clinton aide who worked for the agency and also managed Clinton's private computer server while she served as secretary of state, the government told a Republican party group in a court filing made public Monday. The agency insisted later that some messages to and from the ex-aide were recovered and turned over in other inquiries.
The government's revelation in U.S. District Court in Washington came in answer to a lawsuit by the Republican National Committee. The committee had sued over its public records request for all work-related emails sent to or received by Clinton's former aide, Bryan Pagliano, between 2009 and 2013, the years of Clinton's tenure. The lawsuit also pressed for other State Department records from the Clinton era.

Lois Lerner redux.
And why not?
It's all in the parsing of the words...
Of course they could not find any email from "former Hillary Clinton aide"...
They need to look for the "ex-Hillary Clinton aide" emails...
The secretary of state’s department can find no emails from a secretary of state’s former employee to the secretaey of state ?
The entire Federal Government is a criminal conspiracy.
<><> Paglianos dual role as 1) a tax-paid US government employee, and, 2) Hillary's personal employee, opens a whole new arena for investigation, similar the ongoing scrutiny of Hillary aide, Huma Abedin (Huma worked simultaneously for 1) the State Department, 2) the Clinton Foundation, 3) Hillary herself, and, Teneo---a private company closely tied to both Clintons. She also billed herself as a "private consultant."
<><> What was Paglianos day-to-day State Dept job? What did he actually do, not just his job description, but actual work accomplishments? Is there a paper trail showing he did any actual work at all, or was the State job just a make-work position to get him on the tax-paid payroll in return for his services to Clintons?
<><> Pagliano listed himself on LinkedIn as a political-appointee saying he Serves as strategic advisor and special projects manager to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) overseeing the operations of the Information Resource Management (IRM) bureau.
<><> Pagliano being employed at such a high level inside States IT structure assures that States most senior info officers knew about Clintons email setup, and apparently did not, or were not, able to stop it. Unless Brian never told his supervisor about his "other" job.
<><> What was going on inside the State Department vis-a-vis Hillary's email server? Who knew about it? When did they know? Was it ever vetted/approved, and if so, by whom?
<><> Were objections raised by security personnel and how were those objections dealt with? Who is on the complete list of people who had email addresses on the server?
<><> What discussions took place inside State regarding the presence of classified information on the server? Were objections ever raised from outside State, say from the White House or the intel community?
<><> Pagliano can also speak to 1) what security measures if any were in place on Clintons server, and, 2) when they were instituted.
<><> Tech-savvy Pagliano had visibility into Hillary's server logs, showing any attacks or penetrations into the server.
<><> Pagliano, as a State Department employee under Hillary, had access to the State Department computer systems.
<><> Pagliano currently works as a computer contractor for State, and still has access to State Department computer systems. Has he ever been asked by Clinton to use his positions to gain information she would ordinarily not have access to, or to which she did not want her name attached?
<><> Pagliano may have knowledge of where any backups of the server are, shedding light on what emails were deleted by Clinton before her full disclosure of what was in fact a highly curated batch of documents.
CONCLUSIONS There is a lot to learn from Bryan Pagliano. His testimony could be like when the Feds turn a Mafia accountant, a low-level guy with access to the family jewels.

BONUS: WRT the State Departments Chief Information Officer, who should have stopped the Clinton email server? Well, well, she retired from State a few months before Hillary left, into a nice job at the IMF. It pays to be a winner!

You can bet the FBI has them. That’s why they offered Magliano immunity. They know what’s in the emails.
The state department is playing dumb.
Why is there no discussion of the obvious gorilla in the room? What about emails that coordinate the Pay-for-play bribes of the Clinton family business (Bribes are US).
This is the real smoking gun of the extent of Hill & Bill’s totally criminal side.
They have been doing this since White Water. Which was not about a land investment, but was about money laundering on a huge scale, connected to the Iran Contra Affair. Yes, Hill & Bill took money from Republican office holder operatives, along with a lot of AR movers & shakers.
I believe the entire Department of State needs a house cleaning. The career employees obviously have become a department of the DNC.
Of course, the same may be said about all the bureaucracies in WDC. Also, They have become engorged with people, a few work hard, but many, many freeloaders. Talking to a retired bureaucrat a few years ago,he said that looking over a printout of department employees you will finds a few names of people you never heard of.
Yeah...right. Why hasn’t thye judge involved put these criminals in prison? Maybe the judge is a criminal? Sickening events.
Just turn him loose of the DoS files.
Not to worry, Putin/the Kremlin has all of these missing emails, and they will probably be available for all of us to read after Cankles becomes the Rat candidate.
Hillarys Emails Hacked by Russia Kremlin Deciding Whether to Release 20,000 Stolen Emails The Gateway Pundit ^ | May 10, 2016 | Jim Hoft Posted on 5/10/2016, 6:38:13 AM by maggief
The Kremlin is debating whether to release the 20,000 emails they have hacked off of Hillary Clintons server.
According to a report from four days ago, beginning in 2011, the Russians began monitoring Romanian computer hacker Marcel Lazăr Lehel (aka Guccifer) after he attempted, unsuccessfully, to break into the computer system of the Russian funded RT television network.
After monitoring Guccifer, the Russians were reportedly able to record (both physically and electronically) his actions which allowed the Russian intelligence analysts, in 2013, to not only detect his breaking into the private computer of Secretary Clinton, but also break in and copy all of its contents as well.
The report notes that shortly after Russia obtained Clintons emails, they released a limited amount to RT TV which were published in an article in March 2013, titled Hillary Clintons hacked Benghazi emails: FULL RELEASE.
Apparently no Western journalists promoted this story in 2013.

I think it is matter of these who discover wrongdoing are afraid to lose their job. When you are in the middle of a career with wife and family you will look the other.
If you rock the boat you fall may overboard.
Where are the Patriots with integrity who will risk “falling overboard”? Are we a country of losers, wimps and insane???
