U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas is set to deliver the 2016 commencement address to the graduating class of Hillsdale College on Saturday, May 14.
This will mark one of the few times that Justice Thomas has spoken publicly since the surprising death of Justice Antonin Scalia back in February of this year.
Statistics show that conservative leaning speakers such as Justice Thomas are becoming increasingly rare at graduation ceremonies around the country.
According to Campus Reform, out of the top 100 universities, 40 of them are featuring explicitly liberal speakers at their commencement ceremonies. Only 10 are hosting speakers who are either openly conservative or who have donated to conservative/Republican politicians.
What did you expect at Hillsdale, Al Sharpton?
;-)
He’s a good man, and a great American.
Protests in 3..2...1...
Agreed.
He sort of looks like Fred Thompson in that photo... a little.
Great American Jurist - this explains why he is hated by leftists and considered an ‘Uncle Thom’ by the BLM movement and other black racists.
Yes, I said it, and I meant it; BLM and those of their ilk are racists - you understand?
I knew that you would...
:o)

At Hillsdale ?
Probably not unless the libtards crash the gate...
He would be stellar to listen to. A few years ago, at my son’s graduation at Wazzu, I had to listen to Patty Murray. She was booed.
boy I hope he throws some zingers in there to make libs’ heads spin.
Great school.
Sheesh, 4 years ago at my daughter's Oregon State University Graduation, I had to listen to Moochelle.....**Vomit**
Why not Harvard ?
Because Harvard does not deserve the best!
“...BLM and those of their ilk are racists ...”
Completely racist through and through.
Here come the Shrill Jills...”We Believe You, Anita!!!”
They weren’t even born during that ‘Spanish Inquistion’ of a vetting. They only parrot what the Gloria Steinems’ tell then to say.
(Take a look at what passes as ‘higher education’ these days. Federal money always comes at the price of who ultimately is in control. Hint: it isn't the school.)
