Yes. I think of globalization sort of like corporate mergers/takeovers. For consumers, when there are more choices there is more leverage. Choice protects the consumer. The same is true of countries. When the world consolidates into one, where do you escape to when you’re no longer free? What choices are left for you?
I know the globalists will tell you that ‘globalization’ means a bigger marketplace, and therefore more choice, but that’s neither true nor their intention.

Britain has nothing to fear from any all-European country anymore.

Well ‘bishop’ you have shown your colors in your name. I am a citizen of western culture who follows the tenets of Christianity but do not necessarily believe they need to be browbeat into society.
We need to maintain a moral compass but we need to take out those who would destroy western civilization first. We must push back, PHYSICALLY, Islam in the west much as Spain did hundreds of years back and all of Europe during the crusades.
What the British do in their own country is their own business and I take no position on the EU. But don't come here and tell me muslims are good people. They are out of control across vast swaths of the planet. And I speak as someone who lives next door to a nice Muslim. Even he recognizes the problem.
Almost all violence is committed by people in the inner cities of America. If you take out that statistic, American violence falls drastically. And, like the lunatic teens who murder people at schools and in movie theaters, the guns they own are always stolen weapons.
This is generally ignored by libs and Europeans because it doesn’t fit their idea of what America is.

All reasonable folk desire a peaceful Europe, indeed a peaceful world. No truly reasonable or principled person is willing to pay "any" price for that ideal. A "price too dear," is the argument for breaking up the over-reaching EU. Let us hope that Europe's Conservatives realize what is at stake, before the cultural heritages--developed over the generations--of the respective peoples are wiped from the nations' futures.
