Who says Trump had a clue who he was?
Gavin Seim, brother of one of those booted, posted this on Facebook regarding Trump:
“Julia I saw how he responded. I see his game, one of my most trusted people was there and involved. It’s time to start calling them out.”
Trump said, “I think he’s a Bernie person.” Trump would have no way of knowing who he was, and given the history of protesters at Trump’s events, it makes sense that Trump would assume he was a leftist.
