That is what the new policy is going to change.
Obama’s(and Clinton's) Plan:
1. Increase the taxpayer funded Section 8 subsidies.
2. Require upscale suburban neighborhoods to take more Section 8 applicants.
3. Require upscale areas to be prosecuted for civil rights violations if not enough minorities.
4. Make it illegal to refuse Section 8 applicants for prior criminal record.
5. Make it illegal to do background checks on Section 8 applicants.
This is the plan.
You don’t do background checks, you do credit checks with money they have to give you to pay for the check with the application to lease.
No good credit, no lease.
