I think the ladies sould scream at the legislatures and media that they are being taken advantage of, discriminated against, because of loss of privacy, it would work. But they need to scream loud and long. - maybe a few protests are in order.
The solution you suggest won’t even make page one.

Yes! And the media has their marching orders to go right along with it, and if they don’t, they get fired. No rule of law. Morality is out the window. We now get decrees from Obama and those who put him in power.
