Do the rights of boys who identify as girls trump the rights of girls who are born girls?
That question is at the heart of a lawsuit filed by dozens of Illinois parents after the Obama administration’s Department of Education strong-armed their school district into allowing a transgender student the right to use all girls’ locker rooms.
“The girls are mortified,” said Alliance Defending Freedom attorney Jeremy Tedesco, a religious liberty law firm representing some 50 families. “They are in a constant state of fear that their bodies are going to be exposed to a male in these settings. It’s a constant state of stress and anxiety for them.”
At least one of the plaintiffs, a female student at the high school, was harassed and bullied because she is uncomfortable changing in the same locker room with a biological boy.
“While she was in the changing stall, other girls who were in the locker room began calling her names, including ‘transphobic’ and ‘homophobic’,” the lawsuit states.

While the lefties oppose home schooling? Do they really want to push these issues to the tipping point? Have they considered the consequences of forcing children to associate and expose themselves to perverts?

If I go to a playground, open my raincoat and expose myself to little girls I can be arrested and be labeled a sex offender.
If I say I feel like a woman I can go to the locker room of the public swimming pool and stand naked among all the young girls and if anyone says anything against me they are transphobia bigots. Makes sense.
People need to understand that trans folk are uncomfortable going into a bathroom when they are dressed like they were a different gender. So it’s important to make everyone else uncomfortable instead, to protect their feelings.
The present day use of the “phobic” appendage is a sure sign of a poor education coupled to a weak mind.

suing the all powerful Federal Government is an exercise in futility. Judge and or Jury rules in plaintiffs favor and the next judge up the line over turns the ruling. Right up to the Federal SuePreme Court then they rule in favor of their government. Republic? Sad to say, we are a Republic no longer.
Can I just point out a legal issue???
The whole area of homosexuals, cross dressers, transgender who had “sex change” operations, are NOT protected classes of people under federal civil rights laws.
Congress has never passed any laws which grant any anti discrimination status to such peoples.
What’s happening here is that liberals such as Obama and his justice department hacks, have decided that these LGBT peoples SHOULD BE a protected class.
But legally they aren’t.
If we still functioned as a constitutional republic, the appropriate action would be for the LGBT peoples and their liberal allies to pass appropriate legislation on the subject.
But are we still a republic? Or are we in a situation in which a liberal president will simply shove things down our throats????

If I say I’m a woman and go to a woman’s restroom and open my raincoat and expose myself to little girls my actions need to be respected and the rest of y’all need to shut up.
The children are the ultimate goal of the sodomites. If they can ridicule, shame, or force parents to hand over their children to them they have won. Legali pedophilia is the end game here.
I refuse to play. If they push it to that point woe unto them and the law be damned.
Any “parent” forcing their child to be a cross-dressing homosexual should be prosecuted for child abuse.
