On the Supreme Court a vote is a vote and its all purely partisan.
One Democrat appointment will vote like any other. The language in the concurrence will be different but big whoop.

It’s treasonous!! Self-described Conservatives are all talk and no action, as Trump would say. They haven’t done a damn thing for us but BS us for decades. Now it is time to try Trump. They claim Trump isn’t conservative enough. What have they ever done that’s “conservative” on immigration, the economy, health care, trade, etc? All they say about Trump’s approach is “It is too extreme.” I have had it with these do nothing types. What good is conservatism if you only talk the line but never put it into action?

Look back at the SCOTUS voting record and you will see just that, they vote along political lines 99.9% of the time.
